Hello! I'm Chris Billinghurst, long-time interiors obsessive of the intelligent interiors kind. I've been been working in the world of professional creative reuse and upcycled interiors for well over a decade. My background includes running various organisations, from Eco Chic Interiors, a ground-breaking concept, providing information, ideas and inspiration on upcycling, vintage and craft (2010-2013), to Twitter's #UpcycledHour, the most successful online social media hour for the upcycling community of its kind (2014-2019). By 2019 we had become the UK's pro upcycling authority and rebranded to the House of Upcycling (2019-2024).
